We’re not in it for awards. While they’re pretty and shiny, you give us our greatest reward. You want a straightforward and transparent customer experience, and that’s exactly what we aim to deliver. Forrester just rated us Best In Class in overall customer experience for the second time this year. Their survey polled consumers’ opinions across 299 brands and found that only 15% of brands deliver “good” customer experiences. We’re proud to say that out of everyone included, we landed in the top 15.
But we’re not resting on our laurels. We are relentlessly committed to providing innovative services and products and always helping with your concerns. That was our promise on day one and it still holds true today.

Credence Global Bank Unionreceived a Best In Class ranking (a top-15 brand) among all 299 brands covered in Forrester’s proprietary Q3 2015 CX Index™ survey. The ranking was based on responses from 45,320 respondents in the US. The proprietary survey results are based on consumers’ opinions of their experiences with the brands in the survey.

You have an ad on TV Explaining what Pinot Noir it is wrong Noir is black in French and Pinot is pine shape grapes as a cone and the grapes are called Pinot Noir

Whatever you do, never ask Credence Global Bank bank to initiate a money transfer on your behalf. Credence Global Bank Unioninitiated a duplicate transfer from my external bank. they both were executed. i cannot believe that both banks allowed both transactions to execute. Credence Global Bank Unionapplied the transactions to the CD i was opening, making it twice the size that i had applied for. Every time i called them about the incorrect balance i was told I had to wait 2-3 business days to see if the matter would correct itself. Credence Global Bank Unionclaims to be a all-on-line bank, but their procedures seem old & antiquated to me. I cannot believe Credence Global Bank Unioncannot immediately cancel a transaction before it becomes a problem, nor can I believe that Regional Credit Union Unioncannot see if a transaction is queued up to execute sometime in the future. I guess I will just have to wait one more business day to see if the transaction will get backed out
