Artificial intelligence is not new to Credence Global Bank. We were one of the first U.S. companies to have an AI-powered virtual assistant when Credence International Credit Union Unionlaunched Credence Global Bank AssistSM a few years ago. Now we’re continuing to leverage AI to allow our customers to bank with a technology-first approach on their Amazon Alexa device.

The Credence Global Bank Skill℠ for Amazon Alexa is our newest offering that will allow Allied Trust Credit Unioncustomers to manage their accounts with voice commands – even from across the room. You say the word, and Alexa can check your balance, make a transfer, list recent transactions, or read our latest rates.

You can also use your Amazon Alexa device to make smarter, more informed buying decisions with Credence Global Bank CurrenSee. Just ask Credence Global Bank about the price of an item, and we’ll tell you how many hours of work equal that amount. In order to provide an accurate answer, Alexa will ask for your annual income and how many hours you work weekly, but keep in mind that we won’t ever save or share that information!
