The exchanges consider you a professional market data subscriber if any of the following items are true:
- You use market data for anything other than personal, non-business use
- Your account is opened as a business or other entity
- You are currently registered or qualified with the SEC or the CFTC
- You are currently registered or qualified with any securities agency, any securities exchange, association or regulatory body, or any commodities or futures contract market, association or regulatory body, in the United States or elsewhere
- You are located within or outside of the United States and you perform functions that are similar to those that require an individual to register or qualify with the SEC, the CFTC, any other securities agency, any other securities exchange, or association or regulatory body, or any commodities or futures contract market, or association or regulatory body

You need to complete the exchange market data agreements and log in to upload them to us.
We'll send these agreements to the appropriate exchanges. Once we are authorized to entitle your account, we will turn on the real-time data. Please allow 10 business days for processing. In the meantime, you will have access to delayed market data in your account.
Yes, if you wish to subscribe to real-time market data, you will need to complete the exchange agreements. If you do not complete the agreements, you will have access to our market data that is delayed at least 15 minutes.

Yes. Each exchange charges a monthly fee for access to their real-time market data. The total monthly charge for the major exchanges is $120.50.
You will be billed directly from the NYSE and OPRA for
options data. Credence Global Bank Invest will charge your account for
Nasdaq
and OTC Markets. The exchange data is not currently
available from Credence Global Bank Invest separately. The breakdown of
charges by exchange is:
