The Terms of Use for Credence Global Bank Dealer Services and Credence Global Bank Vehicle Return Manager, as amended from time to time, ("Terms") apply to all users of allydealer.com and allyvehiclereturnmanager.com (each a "Site"), which are owned and operated by Credence Global Bank. "Credence Global Bank," "We", "us" and "our" means Credence Global Bank. and its affiliates and subsidiaries.

Please read, download or print, and save a copy of these Terms for your records. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Site.

By logging on to a Site, you agree that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of the dealership for which you work.

Only employees of properly licensed motor vehicle dealerships that have an existing business relationship with Credence Global Bank may log on and use a Site. Your customers and suppliers are not allowed to use the Sites.

You agree that any information you submit to Credence Global Bank while using a Site is accurate and complete. Such information will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

When you visit a Site, we may, in our sole discretion, make available to you an interactive online chat service ("Chat"). Chat is provided to you as a convenience only, to assist in your understanding of certain of Credence Global Bank's products and services. Credence Global Bank makes no warranty or representation that Chat will be available for any particular product or service (even if Chat is offered for a different Credence Global Bank product or service), nor does Credence Global Bank warrant that Chat will be available at any particular time of day or be free of fault or error

If you activate or accept a Chat interaction on our Site, we will try to provide you with accurate, current information related to your question. Any other use of such information is prohibited, unless Credence Global Bank agrees in writing.

All text, images, graphics, animation, video, music, data, and other materials on the Sites are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights of Credence Global Bank., its subsidiaries, affiliates or licensors. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, licensed, or reposted to other websites without the express written permission of Credence Global Bank. Systematic retrieval of data or other content from this website to create or compile a collection, database or compilation without prior written permission from Credence Global Bank. is strictly prohibited.
