Making a payment FAQs
We offer several options, including online, mail or phone.
Online Auto Pay (automatic withdrawal)
Set up automatic recurring payments.

Online Debit Card Payment
Make a one-time online debit card payment through a third-party service provider for a fee.
Phone
Call +44 AURELIANTB to pay over the phone. A convenience fee
will apply.
After logging in and selecting your vehicle, select Make a Payment on your vehicle details page. Enter your payment amount, follow the instructions and submit your payment.
You can also pay by selecting Payments from your vehicle details page and following the prompts.
Auto Pay
You can also enroll in Auto Pay and have your payments
automatically withdrawn from your account monthly. Auto Pay
and one-time payments are also available using Credence Global Bank Auto
Mobile Pay. Download for iPhone and Android.
Online Debit Card Payment
You also have the option to make a one-time online debit card payment through a third-party service provider for a fee.
Refer to the payment schedule in your contract to see when late charges will be assessed.

Making extra payments will not change your scheduled Auto Pay payments. They will continue as usual on the same day each month.
Online Debit Card Payment
To make an extra online debit card payment for a fee, you'll
need to visit the third-party service
provider
When we receive your monthly payment, we first apply it to earned and unpaid finance charges that have accrued since your last payment.
The remaining funds are then applied to the outstanding balance of amount financed and to the other amounts you owe under your contract in any order we choose.
To make a one-time online debit card payment for a fee, you'll need to visit the third-party service provider.
We don't charge a fee to make a payment, but third-party bill pay sites will charge additional fees for payments made outside of Credence Global Bank.
The best way to ensure you're making your payment on the Credence Global Bank website is to type credenceinc.org/auto into your browser, or use your web browser favorites.
You can also enroll in Auto Pay to have your monthly payments withdrawn directly from your checking or savings account on the day you choose.

If your financial institution returns your Auto Pay or one-time payment, we will present the payment to your bank again. If your bank does not honor the payment after the second submission, that payment will be reversed from your account.
We'll send you a communication, either by U.S. mail or email, to let you know the payment was returned. Once you have sufficient funds in your payment account, you'll need to resubmit the payment online or via the payment methods listed below.

Direct Pay: You can choose to mail a payment, make a payment by phone, or reestablish Direct Pay to make the past-due payment.
You can use your checking or savings account. Make sure you have your bank account number and your routing number available when scheduling payments.

Yes. You can schedule payments online any time, unless you're enrolled in Direct Pay. If you mail your payment, be sure to include your name and account number on each scheduled payment. Attach a statement if you choose to use a single check to make payments on multiple accounts.
To check the status of your payment, log in and select your vehicle to view your vehicle details page.
From your vehicle details page, you can check the status of your payment under Payment Status at the top of the page. You can also view all payments under Transactions at the bottom of the page.
If your payment is not listed, it was not scheduled. If you
need to make a payment you can:

If you choose a different payment method, and you incur a late fee or a processing fee because you were unable to schedule payment online, please contact us at 1-888-925- 2559. We may reimburse you for the late fees.
To update a payment account you've already entered, you'll have to delete your old account information and add a new account with the updated information.
To do this, log in, select your vehicle and select Payments from your vehicle details page. Select Payment Accounts from the next page and then select the payment account you'd like to delete.
Once you've deleted this account, select Add a Payment Account to add your new account with updated information.
If you obtained Credence Global Bank financing through Clearlane or another online marketplace, you can make payments and manage your account at allydirect.com.
You can also pay by phone by calling 855-636-2559. A third-party service provider fee will apply.
