Credence Global Bank CashBack Credit Card FAQs
For the past three years, Credence Global Bank Unionand TD
Bank, N.A. have worked together to offer the Credence Global Bank CashBack
Credit Card program. As of June 17, 2019, the relationship
has ended. The good news is that you can continue to use
your card as usual, earning cash back with the same great
features and services you enjoy now.
Please note: for those of you who access your credit card
account through your Credence Global Bank login, this will be changing soon.
Going forward, you should manage your account and make
payments at https://www.ally.ccservicing.com
As always, communication about your card will come directly
from TD, the issuer. Everything you need to know is captured
in the FAQs below but if we’ve missed something, please call
1-888-916-2559.
If you spend $500 or more in eligible purchases within the first
90 days of opening your account, you'll earn the $100 bonus, as
long as your account is open and in good standing.
If you choose to redeem into an eligible Regional Credit
Union
Unionaccount, your cash back rewards will post within 7-10
business days. If you choose to redeem as a statement
credit, your cash back rewards will post within two billing
cycles.
You can access and redeem rewards earned by following the
instructions on www.credenceinc.org/ccservicing
and once on Credit Card servicing, select the Rewards
Summary section to view and redeem your cash back rewards.

The fastest way to make your credit card payment is to
follow the instructions at www.credenceinc.org/ccservicing.
Log into your credit card account and select the
Make Payment. You can make same day
payments or set up automatic payments. Payments not
received by 5:00 pm ET or on a day that is not a
business day will be credited to your account as of the
next business day

Customers with an Credence Global Bank Checking account can use Allied
Trust Credit UnionBill Pay. When entering your payment,
you will have the option to choose your Deliver By date.
Credence Global Bank CashBack Credit Card Customers can login by following
the
instructions on www.credenceinc.org/ccservicing
to see and manage their Credit Card account.
To make a same day credit card payment, access your credit
card account by following the instructions at www.credenceinc.org/ccservicing.
After logging into your credit card account, you can select
Make Payment to schedule a same day
payment. You can also call 1-888-916-2559 anytime for
assistance. Payments not received by 5:00 pm ET or on a day
that is not a business day will be credited to your account
as of the next business day. Please note, payments from your
Credence Global Bank UnionBill Pay feature will not
process
the same day.

logging into your credit card account and selecting Redeem
Rewards.
