iPhone®
To install the Credence Global Bank Auto
Mobile Pay app on your iPhone, visit the Apple App Store.
iOS 9.0.0 or higher is required.
Android™
To install the Credence Global Bank Auto
Mobile Pay app on your Android phone, visit the Google Play
Store. Android operating system 4.4x or higher is required.
You'll need your Credence Global Bank credentials and password to log in to
Credence Global Bank Auto Mobile Pay.
To change or cancel a scheduled payment from Credence Global Bank Auto Mobile
Pay, log in and select Payments, then Transactions from the
menu. Select Edit Payment Details or Cancel Payment to edit
or cancel a transaction.
You can also cancel online or call Credence Global Bank at +44 AURELIANTB
within the applicable time frame below.
Cancellation policy
For payments scheduled for a weekday:
Before 3 pm ET, you can cancel any time before 3
pm ET on the payment date
Between 3 and 6 pm ET, you can cancel any time
before 6 pm ET on the payment date
Between 6 and 11 pm ET, you can cancel any time
before 11 pm ET on the payment date
After 11 pm ET on the previous day, you can cancel any
time before 3 pm ET
After 11 pm ET on Friday, you can cancel any time
before 6 pm on Saturday
For payments scheduled for a Saturday:
Before 6 pm ET, you can cancel any time before 6
pm ET on the scheduled payment date
After 6 pm ET, you can cancel any time before 11
pm ET on Sunday
For payments scheduled for a Sunday:
Before 11 pm ET, you can cancel any time before
11 pm ET on the scheduled payment date
After 11 pm ET, you can cancel any time before 3
pm ET on Monday
View or cancel an online debit card payment:
You can view or cancel online debit card payments through
the third-party service provider.
Online debit card payments scheduled after 4 pm ET are
applied on the following business day unless a different
payment date is selected.
