To view or cancel a pending online payment, log
in and select your vehicle.
From your vehicle details page, you can view all payments
within Transactions. To cancel your
payment, select the payment to expand the payment details
and then choose Cancel Payment.
You can also cancel a payment by selecting
Payments from your vehicle details page and
then selecting Transactions to view your
payment history.
Cancellation policy
For payments scheduled for a weekday:
Before 3 pm ET, you can cancel any time before 3
pm ET on the payment date
Between 3 and 6 pm ET, you can cancel any time
before 6 pm ET on the payment date
Between 6 and 11 pm ET, you can cancel any time
before 11 pm ET on the payment date
After 11 pm ET on the previous day, you can cancel any
time before 3 pm ET
After 11 pm ET on Friday, you can cancel any time
before 6 pm on Saturday
For payments scheduled for a Saturday:
Before 6 pm ET, you can cancel any time before 6
pm ET on the scheduled payment date
After 6 pm ET, you can cancel any time before 11
pm ET on Sunday
For payments scheduled for a Sunday:
Before 11 pm ET, you can cancel any time before
11 pm ET on the scheduled payment date
After 11 pm ET, you can cancel any time before 3
pm ET on Monday
Please note: You can only cancel a payment
if you’re the person who scheduled the payment.
To see a complete payment breakdown including your monthly
finance charges, log
in to your account and select Amount
Due at the top of your vehicle details page.
To see the total amount financed, your finance charges
year-to-date and more, see the payment details below the
progress bar on the same page.
Your total balance, amount due, due date and payment status
appear at the top of your vehicle details page, which you
can access by selecting your vehicle once you log
in. To see a complete breakdown of your payment,
select Amount Due.
