ATMs & withdrawals FAQs
You can withdraw money in 4 ways:
- Online funds transfer
- Outgoing wire transfer
- Telephone transfer
- Check request
You should know that there are a few guidelines to these transactions:
You can always call us and request a check made out to you. You can also make unlimited deposits. But, Federal law limits other electronic, telephone and check transactions to a total of 6 per statement cycle. These limited transactions can be to other accounts or to a third party. If you go over the limit we charge $10 per transaction.
You can make six withdrawals and transfers per statement cycle from your Online Savings Account. The limit is set by federal law for electronic and telephone transactions from all U.S. savings and money market accounts. Please remember, you will be charged a $10 fee for each transaction that exceeds this limit.
You can withdraw money by online electronic funds transfer, telephone transfer, check, check card point-of-sale transactions, and ATM machine.
Please remember that federal law limits the number of most electronic, telephone and check transactions from all U.S. money market accounts to six per statement cycle. When you set up Overdraft Transfer Service, we automatically transfer available funds in $100 increments from the account you choose.
There's no charge when we transfer your funds, but overdraft transfers count towards transaction limits. Keep in mind, if your linked account balance is less than $100, no money will be transferred to cover an overdraft. Your transaction may be declined, or you could be charged an overdraft fee.
You can set up overdraft protection in online banking. Choose the account, and from the account details, select Overdraft Transfer Service to get started.
If you set up overdraft transfer service and have sufficient funds to cover the transaction, then we'll automatically transfer the funds in increments of $100 and there will be no overdraft fee.
If you didn't set up overdraft transfer service and used your debit card to make a purchase or withdraw cash, then your transaction may be declined but we won’t charge an overdraft fee.
If you made a non-debit card transaction and didn't set up overdraft transfer service, your transaction may be declined and you could be charged a $25 overdraft fee.
Keep in mind, if you have more than one overdraft item paid or overdraft item returned on a single day, we'd still only charge you a $25 fee once that day.
